Credentials Program
Reimbursement Resources for Eligible Organizations

The Credentials Program reimburses qualifying nonprofit organizations up to 75% for eligible training and support service costs for learners pursuing registered apprenticeships, teacher training credentials, and industry-recognized credentials. Please find details for the 2024 fall distribution schedule below.

Spring Distribution Key Dates

Intent to Participate: Please complete the Credentials Intent to Participate Survey , if you plan to participate in this spring’s Credentials Program. Completion of this survey will ensure you receive all important program communications.

  • 3/13 at 11:00 AM-12:00 PM MDT: Submission Informational: Preparing to Submit – Required Documents Overview (Zoom)
  • 4/28 at 2:00-3:00 PM MDT: Submission Informational: New Submission Platform Preview (Zoom)
  • 5/12: Credential Submission Open
  • 5/12 at 3:00-4:00 PM MDT: Credential Submission Training Webinar (Zoom)
  • 5/13 at 1:00-2:00 PM MDT: Credentials Help Desk (Zoom)
  • 5/20 at 1:00-2:00 PM MDT: Credentials Help Desk (Zoom)
  • 5/26: Credentials Submissions Close
  • 6/18: Approval of Distributions at PDF Board meeting
  • 6/20 Reimbursements distributed via ACH: Payments hit bank accounts within two business days
  • 6/25: Reimbursement Summaries and Feedback Survey Sent
