Polica Houston, Chair Elect

Polica is an expert thought partner to numerous educators and organizations as they navigate turnaround, leadership, and culture challenges in their organizations. He serves as the CEO of Denver Tennis Park. 

A Denver native, Polica earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s degree in higher education from the University of Denver and brings a robust background in organizational leadership, strategic planning, public speaking, and mentorship. He also has a solid background in high school athletics, having coached football for several years. Polica and his wife Biaze have two daughters, Avani and Sade.
