Mission/Purpose

The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the Local Union #68 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) jointly sponsor training programs that offer apprentices the opportunity to earn wages and benefits while they learn the skills needed to be successful in the electrical industry.
