(Apprenticeships & Credentials)

We reimburse qualifying nonprofit organizations up to 75% for eligible training and support service costs for learners pursuing registered apprenticeships, teacher training credentials, and industry-recognized credentials.

Distribution Timeline

Credentials

  • February 2 – Intent to Participate Opens

  • February 2–16 – Pathway Validation Forms & Tier Determination Form Open

    • Pathway Validation Form (Credentials programs only)

    • Tier Determination Form (Industry-Recognized Credentials only)

  • March 2–6 – Training Webinars for Credential Training & Support Services (specific dates to be confirmed)

  • March 9 – Spring Cycle Opens for All Programs

  • March 16-26 – Help Desk Sessions (specific dates to be confirmed)

  • March 30 – Credential Cost of Training/Support Services Close (3 weeks after opening)

  • April 13 – Credential Pathway Forms per student Close (5 weeks after opening)

  • May 19 – Board Meeting Approval

  • May 20 – Funds Distributed to Partner Organizations

Post-Cycle Requirements:

  • Feedback Survey (required)

  • Annual Survey (required)
